
Hello Guys, We Are Again Back With A New Tutorial About Adding Documents Like PDF, Presentation, Spreadsheet, Forms Etc. Directly To Blogger Blog Posts Rather Than Linking Them Via Hyperlink. With Help Of Google DOcs, We Would Embed Documents Into Blogger Blog Posts. Generally, Google Docs Is One Of The Most Reliable Way Of Uploading Documents Over The Web. It Also Allows The Feature Of Embedding Documents Into Blogger Blog Posts. Thus, Today In This Tutorial, I Would Explain The Way Of Embedding Documents Into Blog Posts.
How To Add Documents To Blog Posts
Firstly, Go To Google Drive And Sign In With Your Google Account To Gain Privileges And Upload On Their Servers.
After Signing To Google Drive, The Next Thing You To Upload Your File. You Can Also Directly Create A New Document And Embed It. Now You Will See A Upload Button On Right Side Of Create Button. On Hover It Shows To Upload.Now Click On Upload Button And Select "File".
After Clicking A Dialog Box Will Appear To Browse The Document To Upload. Select The Document To Upload. After Selecting The Required Document Click On 'Open' Button In Bottom Right And The Document Will Start Uploading.
As Soon As You Select, A Small Upload Wizard Would Appear In Bottom Right Showing The Status Of Uploading. The Upload Will Be Totally Dependent On Your Internet Connection. Once The Upload Is Finished Follow The Below Given Steps.
Once Uploaded, A Thumbnail Of Your PDF File Will Be There On Google Drive. Now You Need To Change The Permission From Private To Public. For This, Right Click On The Uploaded Document And over On Share, A Drop-Right Will Appear Showing Couple Of Option. Click On Share.
Now, As Soon As You Click, A Lightbox Will Appear To Change The Sharing Settings. To Change It, Click On Change (Refer To Screenshot Below).
Now Click On 'Public On The Web' Visibility Option. You Can Also Edit More Access Option Like 'Anyone Can Edit', 'Anyone Can View', 'Anyone Can Comment'. Select The Most Appropriate One According To Your Choice. Now After Doing Changes Click On 'Green' Save Button. Now Again Click Done.
After Clicking, A LightBox Will Appear Giving You The Code Of Your Document To Embed It Into Blogger Blog Posts. Now To Embed, Go To Blogger >> Create New Post >> HTML Section And Paste The Given Code Where You Want To Show Your PDF.
Now Copy The Code In The Light Box.
Now Made Some Changes In The Code, Replace "preview" With "edit?usp=sharing". Now Publish Your Article And You Are Done. A Live Preview Is Shown Below.
By Default The Width Of Document Is Set To 640 Pixels And The Height Is Set To 480 Pixels. You Can Change Them According To Your Need. now You Would See The Document Attached And Your Users Can Download It Too.
